Our approach offers palliative care in a warm, comfortable setting.
Our hospice team includes a hospice nurse, social worker, personal care aide, medical director, pastoral care coordinator, hospice volunteers and a bereavement coordinator. Residents remain in their own familiar environment while services are provided to them.
Our aim is to ensure comfort and dignity during the final days of life, providing sensitive, spiritual, emotional and psychosocial support to our hospice residents and their families.
